Where has the time gone!?!?

Ok kids,

So I know I have not written for like months but I swear this year is literally flying by! So here is what's new with my life! I have a new home, new job, new car and going back to school... and yes, basically in that order.

Lets start with new home... I moved in with Richard and things are going great! We are happily in love and blah blah blah ( I don't want to make you all vomit with how cute we are, but things are going amazingly...). Yeah, I miss Sear's Optical, but I moved on to greener pastures at JC Penney Optical and things are going great....plus I'm getting paid more. Third, poor Apollo was getting older and he was guzzling gas, so I downsized to a Hyndai Sonata.. which I love, but I really miss my SUV... this car is just a tad bit too small for my liking, but it gets amazing gas mileage!!! And lastly, I'm going to grad school in the fall to get a master's in Theology! Yes, you can probably call me Reverend Hudak soon enough!

My kids are still wonderful! (jack and will the dogs, if you are wondering). My sister is getting married, and I'm so glad she doesn't read this blog, because it has been nothing but a HUGE headache. Its in Cape Cod and its gonna be beautiful and its what she always wanted and it's gonna cost more than all my cars I ever bought... combined! I have to prostitute my body just to afford to stay at the hotel it's being held at! But if it will make her happy, then it's worth it... I think...

Tomorrow, Richard's parents fly in from Utah, and I'm really excited about it. They will be staying with us for about a week and I think it's wonderful! Yay!!

Well, that's about it for now... I'm off to watch some True Blood... that's right, holla! :)

Where is my power cord?

So a few years back I wrote a blog about shirts at the back of my closet, and how I just had moved and I felt all discombobulated and out of sorts but it all worked out for the the best...

Well this one is titled "Where is my power cord?" I feel more organized in this move and under way happier circumstances and for the most part things are going great. But I get something all set up and about to get it running... and I lost my power cord. For example... I just unpacked my desk top, connect everything, get the power strip ready, I am good to go and come to the realization I had left my main power cord at home...grr! And that is how I am kinda feeling now. I planned. I packed. I organized my life. I packed my kids. And I feel I'm ready to get this thing running smooth and I forgot my power cord! (That is speaking metaphorically, if you have not caught on yet).

Bumps... those crazy things. I like to hit them... and not slowly, but fast, where they kinda hurt, are not really fun, and damn did they do a number to my shocks. But I am now the wiser to take the next bump more slowly. But damn those bumps!

So here I am, I'm smart, and young and beautiful and have beautiful kids and a wonderful partner and I keep asking my self... now what? Has anyone seen my damn power cord?!?!

Oh, how the time flies....

Well hello kids....

Yes, I am quite aware that it has been about six months since I blogged last, but thank you for informing me. Oh, why yes, my life has been some what interesting, once again, thanks for asking...!

First off, this has been, hands down, one of the worst flu seasons I have had in YEARS!!! I have my third cold of the season, all with fever, congestion, cough and mucas. Yum delicious! I just hope I feel better soon.

So life it going very well for the doctor and I. It has been officially 11 months that we have been together. Wow, right!?! In the gay world that is like 5 years!! But things are going great! We have had a few ups and downs, but as soon as he realized I was right, things were golden again. Ok, I'm not Jesus, so I'm only right most of the time... But things are going well enough that I see a move-in happening quite soon. For which I am truly excited. I am really excited to open up another chapter of my life with Richard. He is an amazing person and I feel blessed that he is in my life. Oh by the way... I met his parents! I went out to Utah for Thanksgiving and they are amazing. He totally gets his sense of humor from his mother. And Utah is beautiful!

I decided to get my rear into gear and do something with me degree... so I'm going to grad school! I took my GRE in november and did decent. Decent enough to apply to the grad school I think I want to go to...which would be Walsh University. I am seriously considering getting a master's in Theology. I feel it would behoove me as a person and maybe open doors for me in which I think would have more meaning in my life. My only concern may be that I'm gay. It's a Catholic school... but it's a Christian school, and aren't Christians supposed to love everyone. We'll see, I guess.

My babies are wonderful! Almost 8 years old, oh how the time flies. I just had pictures with Santa taken and they are adorable... of course! I may be a bit biased, but they are my kids, and they are quite cute!

Kitty is engaged! Yay! So that makes two of the three siblings in my family engaged to get married. Now if it were only legal for us Mo's to get married... there might be a third!?!

So that is what is up in my neck of the woods. Tis a new year and I see an exciting year ahead of me.

The end (I really do not know why I just put that, but it seemed fitting, so I'm going to leave it!)
